We had our entire bathroom, which dated back to 1956, completely redone by the company Forcha, and we had an extremely satisfying experience! The president, Mr. Fortin, guided us throughout the entire process and gave us excellent advice, both in terms of materials, plumbing fixtures, ceramic tiles, and aesthetics. The work started and finished on the scheduled dates (3 weeks). Mr. Fortin assisted us at every step, giving us the option to purchase the elements ourselves or let him handle the purchases while presenting us with different models (e.g., plumbing fixtures, shower niche, ventilation, etc.). Particularly appreciated: he provided us with a temporary shower during the work and went all the way to Drummondville to find us a replacement bathroom door that matched the style of our other doors, which were quite rare. He and his team were always solution-oriented when faced with surprises related to the age of our house. The result is spectacular; our little girls said, "Wow! It feels like we're in a hotel!" The workers were tidy, quick, and efficient, arriving and leaving on time, and they cleaned and organized the equipment and materials every day before leaving.
